Lumia 830 Bricked, how can I fix it?

Hi, since a while i installed win10 preview on my lumia 830.
as i wanted to go back to win 8 the installation failed and the phone is stuck in a boot cycle.
if i boot the phone, first the cogs appear and after a short time it shows a sad smilie.
now i tried the windows phone recovery tool, it just says "failed". i found out today that i can export a logfile which shows me this error:

after this i checked reset protection over imei and its off.
i use the original usb cable without a hub and i tryed allready different usb ports.
what can i do to get my mobile work again?

Try using nokia software updater 4.3.2?

i allready did, i doesn`t even recognize a phone.

/also it wont connect to a server, so i have to go into offline mode.
