Lumia 920 Developer Update Bug

I tried to install the 8.1 developer preview and everything went well. It took about 45 minutes to install it and it completed every step. Strangely enough nothing changed on my phone. It's still version 8.0.10532.166. After a while a message popped up for the 8.1 update, so I just tried it again, but the same thing happened.

What to do?

Keep trying, there's 2 updates for 8.1, one to set everything up, then the update.
