Lumia 950 dead, usual recovery does not work

Hi - my Lumia 950 suddenly stopped working.

Regular soft reset and hard reset key combinations do not work.
Also, it will not react to factory reset combinations.
It simply won't turn on.

When connecting it to a charger or computer, it vibrates shortly every 5 seconds or so. If I hold down the power button while connected to power, it vibrates a bit longer, with the same intervals.

The recovery tool does not recognize it, and the pins in the battery are pushed together very closely.

I have tried several chargers and cables.

Any ideas to try?

Possibly try a replacement battery ...
Does ANYTHING show on the screen?

This question is very similar to my problem, and something that has worked for more than one, was to make sure the connecting pins in the battery was very close to each other.

I don't have access to a replacement battery right now, but will go to the store tomorrow and try to sort it out. Until then I wanna try all options...

Any other ideas? :/
