Lumia 950 dual sim network settings problems after 14267

I just installed the 14267 yesterday on my 950 dual sim Lumia, and I was not able to open the cellular and sim settings. Also whatsap was not working.I had also some wifi problems as well. With only one sim the settings worked. Now I just cleared all the updates with WinDeviceRecovery and it is ok. Anybody with same problems?

Same here, remove thhe 2nd SIM and phone is working normally.

My workaround:
Pull out 2nd SIM.
Start Phone.
Power off
Put in 2nd SIM
Power on ...
with luck, it works ....
