Hi,
I am from INDIA. I have checked the Lumia Cyan update availability and i can see that its available now. I had windows 8.1 developer preview in my phone and i have downgraded it back to Lumia Black. Not sure why it doesn't showing Lumia Cyan update. I have tried many times, but it keep showing "Your phone is up to date....." . Please help me :unhappy:
