Multiple times per day, both Office 365 accounts show me a message my " your XXX account setting are out of date".

When I sync both accounts, they work.

Any suggestion how to resolve?

I get the same thing every once in a blue moon, for my emails accounts tho... everything still works perfectly.

Same thing here. So annoying. I removed the accounts, added back in, and still get the messages all the time.

It seems to happen to me when the phone auto connects to a wifi network that requires sign on via an web page (that I don't go to). It only affects my Office365 account, not my Gmail one.

Agreed. Saw this recently at work where I had to use visitor access for a day before passing IT the MAC address for my new phone. The message appeared several times on the first day when I was required to login through a web browser, but it hasn't happened at all since my phone was added to the accepted devices list (no need to login)

I get this delightful message around 50 times a day, for the past 5 months. So I've taken to turning off the sound on my phone to stop the notifications. About to throw my phone away and go Android.

Same here....it is very disruptive to have it going off at all hours day or night
