Maps problem in Lumia 720

Hello everyone, am from Tanzania and I own nl720. The phone worked fine up to the day I update it with Lumia black update, the content of. Maps is gone in setting >applications, i have wp8.1 developer preview now .I need help.

That's odd, can you access the settings from HERE Maps itself or the Maps app?

HERE Maps won't even open after installation, and I have tried to uninstall and install it but nothing happened.

Hm, if you havennt already, try a soft reset.
If that doesn't help, do a hard reset. The former is a common troubleshooting measure, and instructions are all over the place here.
The latter erases everything, potential glitches and data alike.

That's really weird.
