How can you change your Facebook/hotmail profile picture from me tile after WP 8.1 update as you happened to do previously in WP 8 phones?
What I noticed is that you can't, you can change the picture that your me tile shows but this picture won't get synced with any of your predefined accounts.
Can anyone silver this issue?

Go to the people hub and tap your image on the very top. The tap the "pin to start" icon in the bottom bar.
