Hello,

I recently tried to transfer a movie from a device to my L520 over the same network. It is just like downloading a file from a website. What happens is, the progress line reaches its final position but download doesn't completes. I've tried this twice. The result, my space gets filled but the download doesn't completes and I can't find the file. Can anyone tell me how to free the space it has consumed? It has filed 1.6 GB of my SD Card.

Thanks.

Download "files" and delete it from there. It should be in either "downloads" or "video" folder.

Also, take a look at your temp storage in storage sense.

Unfortunately no, its not there in Videos and Downloads is empty.

The Other storage clearly indicates its presence.

Maybe you could use the Windows phone app for the PC desktop then use Windows Explorer to find the files. I think you can reset file attributes from Windows Explorer if the file is marked hidden. I read something about this method in a post about duplicate music entries and finding files you couldn't see from the phone itself.

Problem solved. I inserted my SD Card into my friend's Android phone, and it was present there in the Videos folder.
