Messaging app disappear after WP10 hard reset

I was using WP10 (fast ring) for few weeks now. In order to fix some issues, I did hard reset. While doing setup, I found that there is no messaging app. When I searched in store, there no app to install. Cannot send/receive text messages. Authenticated Whatsapp using call feature. Anyone ran into similar issue?

They changed something on the server side in meantime and all new updates to 536 will get native messaging app just like with previous builds but if you didn't get it than you have two options...

Either install native Microsoft Messaging app:
