Messaging icon missing, where can it be, how can I get it back?

Messaging icon missing

Hi, I've done a clean installation to Win 10. I've done this twice and the Messaging icon is missing. Even under all apps, messaging is missing.

Does anyone have any ideas? Microsoft 640 Version of software 10536
