Returned my 1st 64gb Sandisk card and received another. Had same problems, called Verizon, they called Nokia. Nokia said it is a known issue with this phone and an update would be sent at some time in the future. Verizon rep suggested I reset my phone again (this would be the second time). I reset my phone again with the 64 gb card installed and BINGO, everything works fine now. Now I just have to download the nokia maps again:angry:
