Microsoft Account & Twitter Not Up To Date Since Black Update

Not sure what happened but my emails aren't coming through except maybe once a day and in settings and accounts it says my Microsoft account and twitter aren't up to date when I try to sync them they fail. The people tile still picks up my latest feeds from twitter but my emails barely come through. Is there a fix for this or something I need to do?

log into your outlook.com account from a PC. There might be an issue with your account. Another fix could be changing your password, then update your new password on your phone.

Do a soft reset before you do anything as this sometimes fixes it. Also if you have good service either try turning off Wifi and see if the emails start coming through. Could be an issue with your wifi or vice versa with turning on your wifi and having an issue with your cellular data.
