So basically the first MS did after taking over Skype was to integrate a backdoor to spy. Great job!

Blaming MS for complying with the government's mandates is absurd. MS already knows what can happen if the government wants to punish you. They apparently comply to the level they are required and no more. If you want to point the finger, turn it to the NSA while the three other fingers are pointing back at you. Vote in people who believe the government should be limited in its scope and power or stop whining.

Too many freedoms have been voted away in the interest of "safety" when the ability to track and deal with terrorists can be achieved without all of this.

Yup, only a month late with this post.

And that statement from MS was a complete lie.

From Snowden's press conference today:

"I also had the capability without any warrant to search for, seize, and read your communications. Anyone?s communications at any time. That is the power to change people?s fates."

And not mentioning that the first thing MS did after buying Skype was to build in a backdoor to record voice, video and chats.
