Microsoft Lumia 640XL performance

my lumia is painfully slow when trying to open a sequence of apps, especially those stored on the sd card. Should I move them back to my device's storage even if it depletes most of it, or could there possibly be any other way around?

moving it back to your device storage could help a lot in speeding app launch but yes you will keep getting those low storage notifications.

Sorry guys if this is in the wrong place as I am a newbie and need help with my Lumia 640xl.
The phone will not start, has a black screen and no display at all.
I have tried asll the ideas I could find on this site to no avail so looking for some help with this problem
I have tried soft and hard resets but nothing happens.
I connect it to WDRT and it does not detect my phone so that does not work.
Has anyone got the slightest idea what is wrong and how I can revive my phone please.
