I know everyone is busy right now with Lumia 950/ 950 XL release that has already started, but i Googled for "Surface Phone" and saw a few promising results, and there is also news that Nokia is coming back to the smartphone business in Q1, 2016 with an Android powered phone ( Nokia C1).
Assuming both do release, which would you prefer and why?

I have never been an Android fan, and I'm now fairly entrenched in MS's ecosystem, it would be the Surface phone. I've been thinking about the Surface phone lately, and if works as well as the Surface tablet, I may put up with it's likely bigger size and get one.

Well as the Surface phone, as beautiful as it might be, will either be packed with the good hardware and the price will be near the current surface line or will have decent hardware (btw thinking about RAM etc here) and the price will be kept low to encourage enterprise sales. We have yet to see which route they will take. In any case people will find sth to complain about lol

The first render I ever saw of a surface phone brought me to this platform, because I figured "hey nokia could def make that at some point"

Nokia in the android market will definitely be sth I will keep my eyes on and if they can make a phone with good build quality, good/decent specs which can run the latest android version smoothly, I just might consider buying one :D

Not leaving WP tho

I have a Win phone and a Android phone, both mid-range. Would be interested in a Nokia Android to replace my Moto G lte if they really do come about. After the way Microsoft treated the Nokia people I doubt you will ever see a Nokia Win phone.

I love Nokia, but I hate Android. And nothing can be better than running real programs, so it is the surface phone for me. If the Nokia C1 allows dual boot, it would be a hard decision. But right now, Surface Phone!!
