MMS issues on Lumia 635 running Win10 T-Mobile

Anyone have any issues sending and receiving MMS messages? I am having issues on my test device, a Lumia 635 on T-Mobile. I will continue troubleshooting. If I find a solution I will post here. In the meantime if anyone has figured out a solution, please do post a link here.
Currently I am installing the latest build on the phone.

If you have wifi calling it could be the culprit. When I had a 521 on T Mobile I had to turn wifi calling off in order to send pics through text messages.

I downgraded the 635 to WP8.1 and then again upgraded it to Build 10536 and everything works just fine now without any issues.
