Music questions

OK, I'm sure this can be done and maybe it's an old feature from WP7.

But, I have uploaded all my music to Google Music. This is all from my CD collection that I have stored on my NAS. I know Apple has iTunes match.

Is their an equivalent for WP8? Does it count against my SkyDrive storage? I know that Google Music does not exactly. They just count the total number of songs you upload.
