My guess is you wont be keeping this phone for long. Nokia or Microsoft will eventually approach you and replace it. So make the best of it by documenting all changes till then.

Where ever you believe there are additional features, i'd strongly suggest taking a screenshot and sharing here. Even the smallest of changes need to be shared.

Orientation Lock (see screenshot)
Driver mode (Will upload screenshot in a bit)
Close apps via multitasking (see screenshot)
Silent NFC (don't have anything to test this with)

Compared to my AT&T 920, feels "faster." I don't have my 920 any more to do a side by side comparison. Definitely loads faster.

Great. You also said there were additional audio settings? Make sure to take screenshots of all nokia introduced settings options - audio, glance, touch, etc.

That is not planned at all AFAIK, not even for 8.1
