My live tiles don't update anymore

I have a Nokia Lumia 630 and about a week ago my tiles don't update until I go into the app. At first it was only my weather apps but now it's all of them including the Windows Central app help is appreciated.

Launch Battery Saver and minimize the number of apps that are allowed to run in the background.
