My Lumia 820 loosing network connection

the phone works normal, but whenever i put it on charge it shows no sim, and I cannot make or receive calls any more. but everything becomes normal after a reboot with charger removed from the device. same problem again occurs when i connect the charger again!!! please help!!!!

You could do a hard reset, that might help, but I will delete all data on your phone

Thanku! ya did the hard reset but still no effect!! is this a hardware issue or software??? i am using a factory unlocked phone!!!

If the hard reset didn't help it is probably hardware
