my Lumia 925 is dead and unable to start even using Nokia Software Updater / Nokia Software Recovery Tool

my lumia 925 is dead while browsing on the phone , initially I thought battery must have drained , but even charging for hours no response, I have contacted Nokia care and they said its problem with mother board and cant cover under warranty as it was purchased overseas..

is there any way to get this replaced / fixed ?

Have you tried performing a soft reset to see if it starts up? Volume down + power till you hear a vibrate

Yes. Try what @pankaj981 suggests. My 925 has occasionally shut down like that as well. The only way I have been able to get it going again is a soft reset (holding volume down + power for about 10 seconds). Good luck!
