My phones vibrate is barely working

Hello, just within the last few days, my vibrate barely works. It's become extremely hard to hear, and I can barely feel it. Does anyone know why or how I might fix it? I've already tried a soft reset and that did not fix it. Thanks.

Same thing happened to mine, the motor is probably going bad and probably has to be replaced.

Yep that sounds like the vibra. It happened to my old one also. I posted the same topic but I can't find it right now.... but I remembered someone told me its one of those parts that you can not just pry off and snap a new one on.
