I have ATT as carrier and I flashed my phone recently? I used to pick up on HSPDA and GPRS 3G all the time, now Im Stuck on crappy Edge network mostly and I feel like my auto config didnt set up my 3g correctly?

Under Settings-Connections-GPRS Authentication I have

wap.cingular

isp.cingular

AT&T ISP

AT&T IMS

and Media.net

Under Settings-Connection-Advanced-Select Networks It is Set To 'Proxy Internet' instead of 'My Work Network' or 'My ISP'

When I edit 'Proxy Internet' the connection is set on 'wap.cingular

Thanks for the help

Thanks for the help you sorry sack of turds.
I used SPCeed_HTC_Network_Wizard_1.1 for my phone and it config'd the network great.. one problem though... IPHONE > ALL PHONES.. and here are the reasons why
Metal Gear Touch
Resident Evil Degeneration
Faster Web Browsing (3GS on Safari compared to buggy Skyfire on WM6.5)
Youtube App (Faster than Loading youtube.com on Skyfire)
WAAAYYY(edit) Faster Google Maps
Better GPS
Better Camera
Video Editing
Pandora Radio (and App for easy interface)
Speedtest.net App
60, 000 other apps++

And Before you Spam "Go get and IPhone then"... I AM, AND YOU SHOULD COME WITH ME..

No flames from me. Sorry your WM experience did not go well. It does have a bit of a learning curve and a dated interface. But in its defense it does multitask, is very customizable (takes time to learn the tricks though) and has a ton of powerful third party apps.

I personally do not have the time or inclination to learn any more than what I need to get it to work for me. And though I generally like the EPIX a lot it does thinks at times that really frustrate me.

Here's a link to some Cingular information (still good for AT&T) that helps explain network settings in regards to various data plans. The technical info is correct but the data plan names and AT&T's rules for which plans work on the isp access point have changed.
