need hints for building up a stock market app

I would like to make a stock market app for windows phone . I always try to do something different in all of my apps . For the purpose of building up a stock market application - first preferably for the BSE and NSE - India and I need some hints on where I can get the API access to the same . and which of toolkit controls would be the best from telerik or component one studio or syncfusion.
