Network selection menu missing in "Mobile Network"

Hi,
Need help here.. I occasionally, when going to another country from home, cannot see the Connection speed as well as network selection menu in the Settings ->Mobile Network screen.. All it displays is data connection, data roaming, add internet apn, add mms apn and sim applications... I have to do a hard reboot, (press on/off and down volume) in order to reboot... Why is this so? please help

Settings > access point... Simply moved out of that mobile network option to its own area a few lines down...

Don't quite understand what you mean

Instead of going to Settings --> mobile network

Go to settings --> access point

There's no Settings --> Access point option..
