New 1020 digitzer installed, now touch not working

This evening I replaced my broken screen on my 1020 with a replacement unit. The display appears to be great with the exception to recognizing any touch commands. I have tried doing both soft/hard resets on the phone with no success. Any other ideas?

Maybe the connector of the touch screen is not inserted proper.
Maybe you damaged something during the repair.
Did you buy the replacement part from a trusted source so is it a original part or a copy.

There are a few places on eBay that sell these screens without testing them or even knowing what a digitizer is. My suggestion is RMA the assembly if tour sure your connections are good.
