New Facebook Beta app on Windows 10 Mobile

I'm on insider and I can't see it on store... Same as a lot of other users. Is this some joke?

Uhm, multiple people have gotten the update already, I even saw tweets about the new app. Replies #4 and #5 from Kyle Stilkey even contain screenshots. How can you think this is a joke?

Is this app update related to which version of win 10 mobile you are on? Are only builds number 10549 getting it? Cuz i didn't install the last build and didn't get it yet...

Nested comments and other missing features are still not implemented, just saying.

I do a lot of reading and writing in comments, so I was hoping that would be added now. I don't understand why this isn't done. The app is useless for me without it.

My 1520 went crazy after installing this update. In the store it shows the app is installed and gives me the open button.......hit the button and nothing! I go look at my apps and it's not there. I've rebooted a few times and see no changes. I can't uninstall then reinstall. Hell I can't even get the older version of FB beta.

The app is still very buggy, might have been pulled from the store. When I set the scaling to 175% (the lowest) I noticed that the app changes layout to adapt for more content and also has buttons for feedback (smile and frown respectively) but that made it even buggier. We'll see if it gets updated in the future or not.

Nope.

I just noticed that even "Shake to refresh feed" is gone.
In the About menu, below the version number, there is a "Check for updates now" button, but so far it claims the app is up to date.

It has been pulled from the Store I think. It has many more features compared to the previous version but it crashed a lot for me. After finishing resetting my phone today, I can't see it anymore. Hopefully it would come back soon more polished and stable.

There are more animations compared to the old app, and it's a teeeeny bit more fluid, but sometimes it hangs for no reason and must be force closed. I even had to soft-reset my phone once because everything became non-responsive.

Are the news feeds more identical to the website now? Before there were friends I couldn't tag at all in comments or anything I'm guessing since it was a third party app and maybe they nocked this party apps on their privacy settings is this fixed as well?

Just showing some more interface elements from the new app. Functionally not much has changed, but there are new animations that are pretty fluid (though populating the UI with elements is still a bit slow).

Navigating to groups somehow manages to crash the app every time, either immediately or after a few seconds.

I had the same problem with Facebook messenger but I found the solution: Uninstall it in Storage (or storage sense).
