New phone doesn't recognize old apps on SD card

Hi guys, maybe somebody knows the solution, recently I had to replace my Lumia 1520 with a new one, but now when I put SD card in, it doesn't see my installed apps and I can't find an option to actually scan or recognize in any way. I don't want to format it since, obviously, I'll lose all the data and that's what I'm trying to avoid. If somebody knows any way to make it work, please help.
