new update after GDR3

My ATT Lumia 1020 with preview for developers (unlocked) running GDR3 just popped up with an update. I am in Cote Divoire right now and it is taking forever to download--but what I am to expect with this update?

Didn't expect anything between now and 8.1...

Forget it--was just about a language update. Got excited!

Well, good to know that you received an update. An update is an update, nevertheless. Just look at the people out there who are simply desperate for even these kinds of updates. *cough*carriers*cough*

What kind of language update did you receive recently? It might depend on where you are at the moment. For example, I received an update for Chinese languages while travelling around.
