No 8.1 on my Lumia 1020.

Hi,
I have a Lumia 1020 from Netherlands, where Cyan was released a few weeks back, but I still can't update my phone. I tried changing my location to Netherlands (I'm in Czech Republic, where Cyan is live as well) and hard reset. Nothing worked. So is there anything I can do? Is there any chance that I could get update in Nokia service?

Are you using the Developer Preview?
Is the phone carrier-branded?
Note: changing location and region in the settings will do nothing regarding updates.

I'm running regular Black. Never tried Preview for developers. Phone is not branded, well I have no operator logo on start so I think it isn't (operator code in bonuses + info is 000-NL). According to Nokia my phone should have Cyan. I tried changing location just from desperation :/

If all else fails, try Nokia Software Updater (NSU)/Nokia Software Recovery Tool.
