No longer receiving push notifications on iOS and Android WPCentral Forums Apps

For some reason, I haven't getting the push notifications on the iOS and Android WPCentral forums apps anymore. Like when someone quotes me or sends me a PM, etc, I no longer get notifications about it anymore. To see these missed notifications, I have to open the app, and click the Notifications button. Does this happen for the other sites too?

I have an iPad 3 with iOS 7.1 and a Nexus 4 with KitKat.

In the forums apps, if you go to: Notifications > click cogwheels at top right... are all of the subscription and notification settings checked off?

It is enabled, yes, but I don't receive them for some reason. :'(

This is how I get to the notifications settings, and what's enabled. But it's not working, even though these settings have been on.

Very strange. I'll have someone on tech take a look today to see if it's anything under our control.

​If not, I'll be pushing out Tapatalk updates early next month... so hopefully an app update is the cure
