No notifications on messenger app

Hello im using windows 10 mobile ,latest stable build,everything was fine till yesterday when i stopped getting notifications on facebook messenger app. It is missing from notifications and action center too. I did soft reset,reinstalled app nothing helps.

Messenger app notifications work fine on my 950xl, FYI...

I'm more annoyed that FB and Messenger don't tie in properly with W10M. Where is the option of having the icon appear on the Lock Screen for example? Seems we've lost Windows functionality in these apps just to have the latest version of Facebook.
