No way to change messaging notification..

Hi all,

On fast ring and when I went into change my tone for messaging it isn't there. When I go to Settings/System/Notifications under "Get notifications from these senders" I have (1st is awesome)
{BBC57C87-46AF-4C2C-824E-AC8} On
Dropbox off
Feedback hub off
Outlook mail off
Photos off
Readit off
Windows Update off..

No phone, no messaging.. Any clues or did they move it and I am just dumb?

I have a few "crypted" lines there too. For example:

@\Programs\CloudStorageCpl\CloudStora... On
@Settings3Res.dll,-414 On
{5B048775-356B-blah...blah..} On

I can see the Messaging (sound bubble) icon On: Banners, Sounds, Vibrations.
And I can change the Notification sound as well. And preview it with the Play >button. But that won't actually change anything. The default(?) sound remains and is audible when I receive a SMS.

And if I tap the People icon (= open contacts) and edit a contact's Text tone, that won't change the tone either. The default tone is still audible.
