NoDo update pushed back!

What's in the update?

Has anything other than copy and paste been announced? I know there are bug fixes and performance improvements, but any actually new functionality?

It seems that WP7 is simply too feature-poor to compete even with my current webOS phone (an original Sprint Palm Pre). The two significant things I can't do on my current phone are 1) get on my network at work (it is PEAP encrypted and webOS doesn't support that) and 2) edit documents or open PDFs (there isn't an office suite yet and the PDF viewer is totally borked).

It seems like WP will *still* not rectify (1) as my network is hidden, and the office suite seems horribly crippled. Add to that the fact that I will lose multitasking, multiple exchange calendars and the ability to get notes onto my phone, and I just can't see WP7, despite all its promise, being usable.

So, what's in the first update? Anything good? Copy and paste is fine and needed but only a little thing in the greater scheme of things. What about SkyDrive support? What about syncing notes and tasks from Outlook (via Exchange)? Any way to do these things?

I really want to switch to WP7, but can't wait forever for basic functionality.

Other than C&P, no other functionality will be added until the Mango update. I'm not expecting to see that until this time next year. They've said they were aiming for November, but we can all see how they are about getting updates out on time.
