nokia account problem

From the past three months I am unable to sign into the Nokia account ....whenever i try to connect its keeps on connecting and then tell "we cant connect u at the moment please try later" bcz of this am unable to access my mix radio...and the subscription is going waste :/
*good internet connection
*flashed the rom once(so factory reset done)
please provide any other solution than this ...thank you
