Nokia features gone after a factory reset.on 8.1.

Ive just replaced my black 1520 with a shiney white one due to a couple of issues.

After updating to Cyan 8.1 (OS.v. 8.10.12397.895) I did a factory reset to clear the cache and temp files of any remaining update files.. However, theres no features in the settings, such as Glance, Display, audio.. and so on. They were there after all the cyan updates were finished, yet before i factory reset, which I thought could be the remains of Black.

Are these features now in a different place or are they updated / downloaded in an update or do they come through the store themselves.
