Nokia glance "peek" not working

hello, i have 720. And my glance dont work well. When it wakes up and i see time i touch few times, but he dont open lockscreen. Try lumia pusher its up date. Maybe anyone know what the problem is?

make sure you have double tap to wake enabled. Otherwise I'd reset the phone after updating glance

Double tap to wake is not supported on the Lumia 720.
