Nokia Lumia 1020 startup screen after Win10 update

My Nokia Lumia 1020 will not load up the display when i unlock my phone. It happened after i updated it to the Windows 10 preview build. Has anyone have this issue at all or knows how to fix it? I can only access the drag down bar and the settings on it. also i can take phone calls. but i cant interact with the display itself whatsoever.

Hard reset your phone. It will erase all your data. But phone will boot.
