After you have downgrade your Phone succesfully.
Then use the updater.

Weird....how these weird bugs are coming up! I just literally two minutes ago tried my nokia camera on my 1520, works fine! Hopefully next week and the app pusher keeps updating everything!

my 1520 have a bug,my photo gallery is completely black I can't see my photos????I have 8.1 update

If you are on AT&T and near a service center you can have them flash it back. They did it to my 920.

I took my 925 into Nokia Care to get them to re-flash to WP8 (Black update), and they also ended up changing the camera module. So it looks like it was a hardware issue for me, and can also be the cause of the camera /battery burn issues others have had since updating to WP8.1 DP.
