Nokia lumia 620 camera issue after 8.1 update

Hi,

I have nokia lumia 620, I have got 8.1 update, after updating my camera has stopped working, none of the apps work, I also updated all camera apps. I have tried factory reset, didn't work.Than I used nokia recovery tool to downgrade but even after update 8.1 is still there. Can anyone please help me with this, what is the solution and is there any compatibility problem with lumia 620 for 8.1. Should I wait for the next update. Please suggest.

take it to nokia care and see what they have to say
hopefully im guessing you have warranty

Thanks for your reply, I went to nokia care. Currently, I am in saudi and have a long term plan to stay here. Here, in nokia care, they are asking for money to update the software, my warranty just expired before 10 days and also it was India's warranty. I got power socket burnt also, I went to a shop, he opened the phone and packed again than after 2 days I updated to 8.1(in between I didn't use camera). Can this be a hardware problem.When I click on any camera app, it opens a black screen with loading message than crashes. I have also found some threads online regarding camera problem after 8.1.

Not sure why this happens but someone else got a replacement or something in another thread
