Nokia Lumia 820 wireless charging shell

I ordered Wireless charging plate dt-900 for my nokia Lumia 820 but got to knwo after ordering that it requires a Wireless charging shell. I live in India. I have searched the whole internet. Anybody here knows that this shell is available in India or not?
