Not able to connect to Nokia tag after Nokia Cyan upgrade

I have a AT&T Nokia Lumia 1520.
After upgrading the device to Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Cyan, I am not able to connect my Nokia Treasure Tag to my phone.

Can anybody confirm whether Bluetooth LE is enabled in Cyan for this device or not.

I hope it is, I've some Treasure Tags that have been sat in a drawer for months waiting for Cyan.

I have cyan on Lumia 1020 but I installed update 1 on top . my treasure tag wont pair. and says Bluetooth pairing error when I try to connect them.

Take the battery out the tag for a few seconds. Hold the tag button down while putting the battery and cover back on. Then try pairing again.
Worked for my cyan 8.1 update 1 1020.

Has anyone got a tag from a physical Verizon store or just online? Can't seem to find any stores that stock them.

Yes, BT4.0 "LE" is enabled on Cyan.
