Notifications settings to all or featured are not applied

Hello everyone,

I;m a new user of the Windows Central app on Windows 10 and i expeirenced on the app that on the notifications settings area the selected option all or featured were not be saved,if i launch the app again the notifications screenbar flipped back to black again(off)
I have enabled "push notifications" online and enabled the option featured messages,i also followed some news articles and i have shortly received some push notifications on the Windows Central app and the Windows action notifications center if there are news articles from my followed news category,but at some point there are no new notifications anymore,i use the Chrome Browser.
Can anyone tell when these issues come with a fix

I've had the same problem I think since the W10 app became available. Thought maybe it was hardware related, nope. Same on 920 and 650, each running latest release preview available for each device. I get comment reply notifications, but no article counts have ever appeared like with the 8.1 app.
