What about battery improvements?

I don't have a chance to use for a long time. But at this morning, with huge IE10 usage for 1 hour, i still have 92%. Seems better now.

I don't see any improvements. Witj continuous chat it lasts for 3 hours. At night before sleeping i switch off my mobile data and wifi too and activate battery saver mode. At night i charge it full and when i get up in morning battery is at 81%.

Hey there, did you guys update your phone again after getting the cyan update? I mean after getting cyan, did you install preview for developers to get the os version there? Coz my version number is 8.10.12393.890 while in the dev preview I remember it was 12400. Thanks!

Hey guy's,

i have a quick question about that rollout. I live in Belgium and according that "Cyan Update" app it is available for me on my provider (Proximus). But here is the thing. When I look at the info on my 925 it says: RM-892_eu_netherlands_353. I bought it through a webshop and here in Belgium it's common for them to also work in the Netherlands.

So according the app, it's avalible in the Netherlands and Belgium for all providers, but when choosing "country variant" (whatever that means) it says still "under testing". My 925 is unlocked.

Can anyone explain all this to me? Or direct me to the right direction?

You bought a phone with firmware from the Netherlands and when they push cyan for the country aka unlocked variant. You get it. Or you can flash it with Belgian firmaware.

My 925 had frozen fairly often on 8.1 DP, so I was looking forward to Cyan.
Unfortunately, got up this morning and the time stuck on the screen is just after 10pm last night.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Flash it with Belgium firmware? But then I probably loose the warranty?

Nha. They will not know that. If you bought it from Belgium and you have Belgian firmware. There is no problem.

I got a question, I installed 8.1 preview developer months ago and got Cyan installed like a week ago, does it mean that now I have "official" version of 8.1? Or I will still get an 8.1 update when it rolls out and then it will be official.

So I would be better off waiting until I hear that TMobile is pushing out Cyan, then downgrade to 8.0 to get the OTA upgrade, right?
I don't want to downgrade until I really have to.

Disable Internet Explorer from under Sync My Settings and then after a couple of soft resets you should have the option of disabling IE to run in background
