Amber Update is now out for Lumia 520 in Pakistan.

Google Drive share or Mediafire upload is far more better than uploadbaz. There is no difference in download speed in mediafire for premium or free users.

For your kind information mediafire doesn't support file size more than 200mb and uploadbaz also gives more than 2 Megabytes of speed..

Guys I have a query.
My L520's Firmware Rev. no. is 1030.6409.1314.1002
This is listed as the latest version on the Nokia availability page. But my phone doesn't have Amber. Please clear my confusion.

1030.6409.1314.1002 is gdr1 which means its older version gdr2 starts with 3046.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx
the one I've uploaded is the new version

The version in your phone is not amber, nor the given one on nokia website. Official version is yet to come in OTA form. I suggest you to wait for OTA update.

Lumia 520 RM-914 3046.0000.1329.2001 VAR IMEA IN CV <<< Download Indian Variant Rom

Nokia Software Updater <<< Download NSU

Install NSU and put the extracted "RM-914" folder in C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products
then disconnect your internet and run NSU in offline mode (You can also change online/offline mode without disconnecting internet, for that you need to go to settings in NSU)

then connect your L520 and click on Update
Enjoy Amber !!

OTA arrived in Serbia last night, everything went smooth. Noticing a definite battery impovement, maybe 20, 30% more, but let's wait a few more days..

I know its coming soon but if anyone wanna download Gdr2 + Amber Indian Rom then download here, I've uploaded it on uploadbaz and you will get good speed as compared to torrent :wink: plus nobody needs to seed it :grin:
I've compressed it to rar that's why its only 541Mb.. when you'll extract it, it would be same 1.3Gb :wink: .. its good for peeps using low speed internet :grin:

then you might have done something wrong.. Extract the rar and copy the folder "RM-914" in C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products
I think you have placed this folder at wrong location..

So when Nokia's really gonna release the Amber update if GDR2 only is in 'coming soon'... So Amber might take long time.... Or even they would update with amber or not?? Haha NO ONE KNOWS!! THEY MUST HAVE CHANGED THEIR MIND REGARDING 520 coz of low priced phone...

Nokia is showing 10xx.xx.xxxx as current version and "Lumia amber update" as coming soon.. Lumia amber update is bundled with Gdr2, New Amber features need Gdr2 to work that's why they are not mentioning Gdr2 anywhere, in simple words Amber cant work without Gdr2 that's why they both are coming soon together on ur lumia L20
Amber + Gdr2 = 3046.0000.1329.2001
