Official Lumia 720 Amber Update Thread

Amber available for Indonesia, but why i didn't recieve notification about phone update on my nokia Lumia 720?
i have tried check manually but it's still said your phone is up to date, i can't solve this problem. can you help me?

No one can update to amber via OTA for all Indonesian 720 users.
Some people said our lumia must update some push software so we can update via OTA but this update never appear.
There's a bug(maybe) so all 720 using Indonesia ROM won't get amber update via OTA.

I already ask to local service and Nokia support but they not even check what's wrong with it!! They just said wait and turn on update notification. It's already 3 weeks after "available" status appear on Lumia Amber Status and no one can get Amber update. Poor service from Nokia ahhh Microsoft now.

Yeah I know thats a issue. I'm facing that too but it doesn't bother me much as I'm on WiFi most of the time. I hope they fix it. Talking of switching back to GDR1, you need to get your hands on the 720 GDR1 ROM. If you can find one then its possible but its still risky.

Yes thats what I should've done. But instead I went and updated to GDR3 :evil: Now enjoying the gdr3 features.

The network issue still persists though!

Not sure about that, though I guess it took about one month to change from "Coming Soon " to " Available"

It is now available to be downloaded. Just go to your phone's Settings option.

are you checking from settings > phone update itself ? Or from store?

Pro Cam alongwith Smart Cam has been merged into one app called Nokia Camera and yes it'll be available for 720. I've it in my phone.

Please, can someone verify this?
When I go to "Touch" settings menu, I'm getting tap-to-unlock settings for a split second. Is this for everyone or just me?
