Is T-Mobile screwing up this time? Nokia's site Availability in Europe - Nokia says T-Mobile Netherlands has made Amber available for the 820 but my mum still hasn't received the OTA.

now the phone turned off its got 60% left before that, and i cant turn it on again i've plugged it on a charger but nothing happens, screen is blank, no lights, not even charging logo, need help please

i am not able to download gdr2 update for 820 through wifi in India.. its stucking 94% everytime and showing message
the update couldn't be downloaded. (801882cb)

I got my Lumia update on 20th !!! Awesome update....Double tap uses more battery that I like. Glance is neat. FM Radio welcome back (my HD2 had it for WP7)....

keep it on charging for an hour. If it still doesn't start then press volume rocket button + power button together.. If even that doesn't help rush to ur nearest service centre immediately.. Just remove battery once and keep fone like dat for 20mins and then put it back and try all d above stuff.. All d best

Its ur net issue.. 94% is downloaded and wwill remain there for a week.. Post 94 ur net is not giving u bandwidth..

Happened for 1308...don't worry...restart your router....try again...or may be it's pushing out to too many 820s and the servers are busy...

thanks, removing the battery the worked, the phone powered on again, but still stuck on spinning gears ill be leaving it plugged on charger overnight and hope for the best

It is an issue reported by a lot of people. I hope Microsoft is already working on a fix.

i've just reset my 820 to factory setting to update to amber due to that 'other storage' thing but then i lacked the glance screen and double tap to wake feature(i have fm radio etc.) . i suspect i don't have 1308. btw i still don't have storage check and my display + touch only has touch sensitivity. feeling slightly disapointed.

Thank God! I've finally updated my unbranded 820 from the Philippines via OTA. Updating and installing went smoothly.
