Pen Screen Captures + Drawing

I often take screen captures and have a need to write on top of them. I generally will take these images and drop them into an email via copy + paste. To capture both the screen shot and my drawing I have to open and save as a JPG. Is there another way to save having to use a second application to save the drawing and screenshot as one image that anyone knows of?

This is a bit of a hack, but I've double-clicked the pen top to make a screen snaphot in OneNote, annotated in OneNote, then double-clicked the pen top again to make another screen snapshot, cropped it as I want, and then pasted that into email. You do still need to delete the "extra" page in OneNote.

That's pretty good hack, thanks. It's quicker than editing in Photoshop!
