People live tile images resetting?

Hi all,
has anyone else experienced this?
My people hub's live tile (medium size) is in the first row of my start screen.
When the start screen is too long (around 15 or 16 rows), and I scoll down to the bottom and then back to top, the people tile is set to it's default (showing no images, and then it starts to show images 1 by 1). This doesn't happen when I have less than 15 rows.
This is no big deal, I'm just curious

i faced it since long.
i never though it a bug.
i thought it just how it must be. now i will try reducing rows.
